About the Summer Training Program
§ This program is a microcosm of the practical training.
§ Target Group: the students of secondary and tertiary stage.
§ Time Period: four weeks, starting from June 21, 2009 ends July 16 2009.
§ Training Hours: 6 hours, daily from 8 am until 2 pm.
§ Training Locations: Dubai Health Authority hospitals, departments, section.
§ Purpose of Training: to provide students with practical experience, career development and deepening of concepts that received by linking theory with reality in practice during the summer holiday.
Objectives of Summer Training Program
§ Provide the Summer Student with an opportunity to gain practical experience and training in various areas.
§ Deepen understanding of the students for the science theory and duties received in the scientific field of expertise.
§ Familiarize students to assume responsibility and punctuality.
§ Preparing the students to deal with the community members outside the school community.
§ Spend time during the period of summer with fun and to use/learn new skills in different areas away from the play and a waste of time.
§ Familiarize students to respect others and listen to their views.
§ Encourage students to abide by and respect the rules and regulations.
