Health card is an identifying number issued by the hospital to the patient for treatment and providing health care related services.

- Collection of valid and basic patient information.
- Registration of the patient’s information in the computer system.

- For local patients:
Valid Passport copy and National Registry.
- For Non-Local patients:
Original Passport and Tenancy contract

- For Local patients (25-50-100) according to age

- from 10 yrs to 18 yrs. Dhs.50/
- above 18 yrs. DHs. 100/
- For Non–Local patients (100 – 200-300) according to age
- 0-10 yrs. Dhs.100/
- From 10 yrs to 18 yrs. Dhs.200/
