New Establishment Application
Procedures
  • Form 1 (PDF Form OR HTML Form)should be filled and signed by a local sponsor, while Form 2 (PDF Form OR HTML Form)should be filled by the manager. The manager should be someone who practices his medical profession. Specify the category of the establishment
  • in Form 1.The sponsor’s passport copy & citizenship should be submitted beside the managers’ documents.
  • Copy of the Ministry of Health (MOH) approval for pharmacies & drug store. Apply for licensing of the staff in charge (please check the procedure of new staff).
  • After submitting the applications, the applicant will be assessed by a committee.
  • If he/she passed the assessment we will then give you the initial approval.
  • Nevertheless, if the applicant has already got the DOHMS license, we will directly issue the initial approval to continue the Economic Department’s procedure towards the establishment’s trade license.
  • You will have then to fill an Inspection Application Form(PDF Form OR HTML Form), and we will be the one who will send to the Dubai Municipality to inspect the place.
  • If the result of the inspection was fine, you can get your final approval and practice your job in the new establishment.
