Trauma center |
The trauma center is provided with the following systems / facilities:
- Closed circuit TV system for Security to cover all entrances, lobbies and corridors
- Access Control System (in addition to monitoring) for ICU, and other remote side entrances, Central station for the above system will be located in the security room
- Paging System Zone wise provided with microphones.
- Nurses Call System Network for central monitoring, the Nurse call will be provided for each ward / zone
- TV Receiving System includes master antenna satellite TV and provision for receiving Etisalat TV cabling system.
- The Centre will be provided with active / third harmonic filters to eliminate the interference and distortion in the building which may affect the function of electronic equipment
- Integrated power supply systems includes sub station, stand by generators and uninterruptible power supply system which cover all areas in the Center to ensure the continuity of electric supply without interruption under all conditions
- The Centre is provided with a biomedical engineering lab. In addition to integrated / independent engineering services covering the whole building’s requirements
