Hatta Rural Hospital |
DOHMS is currently embarking on building a rural
hospital in the Hatta region of Dubai, offering a number of outpatient
clinics for men and women for consultation and auxiliary services.
It will have specialized clinics for eye, ear, nose, and throat diseases,
skin diseases, dental work, as well as laboratories. An emergency section
to receive emergency cases is also available.
In addition there are wings for male and female patients, treatment rooms,
clinics for pregnant women and infants, consisting of: four consultation
rooms, operation theatre, x-ray section, laboratories, pharmacy, health
awareness section, maternity section, four maternity wards with ten beds,
isolation section, and six sections for men totaling 20 beds. The hospital
will provide excellent and integrated health services to the residents
of that area. It is part of the Department’s development plan to
respond to Dubai’s current and future urban development and health
needs. |
