Healthy Diet

Healthy plan depend on healthy balance diet which contain all nutrients for growth no food in nature contain all nutrients so balance diet depend on gathering all food groups together to avoid deficiency for that food divided into five groups: grains and cereal, vegetables and fruits, meat, milk and milk products. You can use one group as exchange list, healthy diet reduce the risk of chronic disease like hearth disease, cancer, liver, etc.
