DBDC services include supplying life-saving products, "Blood Components", with no synthetic alternative to all those in need. DBDC services cover all hospitals and clinics within Dubai including all DHA hospitals, the private sector, the Trauma Center in RH and the Thalassemia Center in AWH. Additionally, the center exclusively performs special laboratory tests on patients and donor blood samples.

The working hours at DBDC are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday to Friday.
In case of an emergency there is an on call duty which operates on a daily basis outside of working hours.
